S. Jakarta is Appealed to Monitor Water Channel

Jakarta Head Dept. of Water Management, Teguh Hendarwan, requested water management task force, especially in South Jakarta, to check water channel regularly.

Teguh explained water channel checking must be the priority of each areas. He hoped cable theft on Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan will not happen again.

“I ask South Jakarta head sub-dept. of water management to regularly check water channel on Saturday and Sunday,” he said, Monday (3/21).

According to him, South Jakarta gives huge regional revenue. It is normal if the residents always asking why their areas are still flooded or inundated.

“So please show to them our effort giving the best service for citizens,” he closed.
